ROCK HILL, S.C. (May 4, 2019) – A new logo will grace the No. 54 CORE autosport Nissan Ligier DPi for the remainder of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship: ADT has joined the team as a primary sponsor.

ADT is a leading provider of monitored security and interactive home and business automation solutions in the United States and Canada. The Company has a track record in innovation, such as the recently launched Command and Control, ADT’s next generation home security automation system.

“We are always striving to drive marketing innovation and align with consumers’ passions,” said Jochen Koedijk, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, ADT. “We are excited to join CORE in the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship.”

Starting with this weekend’s Acura Sports Car Challenge at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, ADT will be featured prominently on the No. 54 Nissan and in commercials during the race broadcast on NBC Sports Network.

The race is a return to a traditional road course after the Long Beach street circuit event in April. It will also feature all four IMSA classes and a two-hour and 40-minute format.

After a disappointing result at Long Beach, the team, including drivers Jon Bennett and Colin Braun are hungry for a strong finish at Mid-Ohio. Bennett will start from 11th on the grid. CORE is still in search of its first win at the 2.258-mile track.
